Shipping Policy for The Messy Cookie (TMC)
Traditional Cookie Orders:
- Logo and Custom Cookie Orders: These will not be shipped unless explicit email and/or phone communication confirms our ability to do so. We are not held liable for any breakages in transit.
Cookie Canvas Club:

Shipment Schedule: Shipments will be dispatched within the first 5 business days of each month. While every effort will be made to ensure intact cookies, we cannot guarantee zero breakages during shipping.
- Shipment Limitations: Shipments will not be shipped internationally.

Breakage Liability: TMC is not liable for broken cookies in shipment. However, we will reach out to UPS/USPS/shipper on your behalf if there are delivery issues. A replacement package will be shipped if the original shipment is lost or damaged.

Packaging: Cookies are shipped in heat-sealed bags to maintain freshness for up to 4 weeks.

Shipping Timeline: Packages are shipped 12 days before the event, providing ample time for delivery to your team members. If packages do not arrive by 2 business days before the event, we will re-ship the kits at no additional cost.

Tracking Information: We collect all tracking information in a spreadsheet accessible to you as our point of contact.

Breakage Disclaimer: While we prioritize safe packaging, we cannot guarantee zero breakages during shipping.

Domestic Shipping Cost: Shipping cost is included with each kit.
International Shipping:

Eligibility: TMC does not ship the Cookie Canvas Club Subscription Box internationally. TMC can ship uniquely specified orders for team building events to all countries except Brazil and Mexico at this time. This list may change an any time without notice.

Communication Protocol: For international shipments, an email thread must be initiated between Client, the attendee, and TMC. This is essential in case of any issues with cookie kits being held in customs, requiring communication with the local attendee.

Recipient Availability: International attendees must be available during the arrival window of their product. If TMC cannot access the international attendee to deliver the package, we are not obligated to ship another kit or provide a refund.

Customs Responsibility: TMC is not held responsible if Customs refuses to release a package to the recipient for any reason.
